COLLAGEN BOOSTS, HIGH BP REMEDY AND PROSTATE SUPPORT
Two to three glasses per day for first two weeks then one glass per day after



COLLAGEN BOOST RECIPES

NB: Collagen is needed by the body to repair and maintain and support the effeciency of a number of organs including the eyes, hair, skin, nails, heart, fat metabolism, bones.One or any of the following combinations eaten raw on salads or as a thick smoothie.
Recipe 1.

Any combination of
Carrot, beetroot, butternut squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, blended together

You may add
-with 100% pure coconut milk or cream
-a pinch of cinnamon,
- dash of  vanilla powder
- a spoon of raw uncooked honey (optional).

Recipe 2


Any combination of
Carrot, beetroot, butternut squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, blended together with little water

Optional ✅
You may add
-a pinch of cinnamon,
-a pinch of nutmeg,
-a dash of pure vanilla,
a teaspoon of raw uncooked honey

Recipe 3


Any combination of
Carrot, beetroot, butternut squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, blended together with little water

Optional
You may add
-a piece of ginger
-2 lemons,
-fresh coconut water
- a spoon of honey

Spinach and Tomato Collagen Boost 

Spinach and tomato blended with lemon. A pinch of Cayenne pepper and pink Himalayan salt can be added to this mixture, it is optional, and should only be added if you are allowed salt after your 7 days detox.

BLOOD PRESSURE REMEDY    HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ACT IMMEDIATELY.


1. Peel and finely chop 1 clove garlic and swallow with water like pill. (Do not chew) take twice daily 7am and 7pm

2. ¼ tsp cayenne pepper in ¼ cup water drunken at 7am and 7pm
Foods high in potassium that helps counteract sodium
Kale, black cabbage, apricots, dried fruits, tomatoes, avocado, homemade soy milk with organic soy beans, ripe banana, grapefruit, oranges, sweet potatoes, peas, cucumbers, spinach and broccoli.

NB. No salt, no sugar, no processed foods.
Record and report Blood Pressure Reading to your Chadash Consultant daily.

PROSTATE SUPPORT

A. Sesame seeds. Check your medication
B. Lemon and orange skin blend (Take 1  orange and 1 lemon. Cut and remove seeds, blend and add 1 teaspoon of organic raw honey (if not diabetic) Take this smoothie daily before breakfast for 5 days and once a week there after for maintenance.
